At Carrentportal, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent car rental experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you can cancel your booking and request a refund.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of reservation without any fee, provided your rental has not started.
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup, a cancellation fee of up to one day’s rental charge may apply.
• No Show: Failure to collect the vehicle at the scheduled time will be marked as a No Show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
• Refunds are not applicable for rentals that have already started.
• Payment gateway charges or taxes may not be refundable depending on the provider.

4. Modifications

You can modify your booking (pickup time, vehicle type, or duration) subject to availability. Price differences may apply based on the updated rental details.

5. Early Return

Returning the vehicle before the scheduled return time does not entitle you to a partial refund unless specified in your rental agreement.

6. Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), Carrentportal reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. Refunds in such cases will be handled individually.
